E-Transfer is preferred method of payment once your registration form has been received and your registration is confirmed by the Instructor of Administrator. ETransfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or payment can be arranged via PAYPAL or STRIPE for Visa transactions. Students are asked to cover PayPal fees and to send funds in CAD dollars.
SUPERVISION RATES: Students will need to pay for their own supervision once they begin their 700 internship hours. Supervision takes place outside of class hours, and each student is responsible for determining which BC-DMT supervisor they would like to receive supervision from. This can possibly be a WCDMT instructor or anyone else in the field. (Students will pay their supervision fees to their supervisor directly.) WCDMT offers an Internship Supervision and Professional Development optional course, which provides 30hours of supervision in a group setting online, for significant Supervision hours savings.
CONSULTATIONS BEYOND COURSE HOURS: Most instructors will be happy to have the occasional after course phone call with students for short durations of time (ie under 30 minutes). While a student, if further consultation with course instructors is sought out, the fee payable to the WCDMT instructor will be negotiated with that instructor.
