This fun and dynamic course introduces Movement Observation and Analysis through the frameworks of Laban Movement Analysis and the Kestenberg Movement Profile, as well as integrates concepts and understanding from Body-Mind Centering.
A large focus of this course is on your own embodiment and expansion of movement repertoire as well as some initial clinical application of movement analysis.
45 hours for 3 credits (ADTA Alt Route).

This is an online course, which is composed of “Synchronous” hours (30) on Zoom together and in break-out rooms and in movement explorations, and “Asynchronous” hours (15) away from Zoom but within the course dates, doing movement observation with various subjects and objects in your community (outdoors), working with partners, watching videos and other assignments.
All synchronous learning will take place online through ZOOM.
